Are you a New Zealand company?
Absolutely! We are a locally-owned and operated company based on South Waikato. Our focus is on selling 100% genuine, sealed, boxed, and mint condition LEGO sets. To learn more about our story, feel free to check out our “About Us” page.
Do you have a physical store?
No, currently, we operate solely as an online store.
Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately, we do not offer order pickups as all orders are shipped. We work with a third-party fulfillment service (known as 3PL), and they do not provide pickup options.
Are any of your sets second-hand?
No, all of our sets are brand new and factory-sealed, ensuring the highest quality for our customers.
Can I pre-order an upcoming set?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept pre-orders due to LEGO Group guidelines. However, if you’re interested in a forthcoming release, you can sign up on the product page to receive email notifications once it’s in stock.
How can I pay? / Do you offer laybuy?
We accept all major credit cards, POLi (bank transfer), Laybuy, Afterpay, and Zip for your convenience.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. But for the international shipping, please contact us for the quote.
How do you package up orders?
Your order will arrive in an unbranded brown cardboard box securely sealed with brown tape. The shipping label will display “BrickTown” in small print. Furthermore, the packing slips do not contain any pricing details.
Will my package need to be signed for on delivery?
Yes, all orders must be signed for upon delivery, except for rural addresses. If you won’t be available to sign, you can arrange an “Agreement to Leave” with Post Haste.
Can I combine orders to save on shipping?
If you wish to add more items to an order, please contact us with your order number and the set number/s you want to include.
Can I cancel my order?
Certainly, you can cancel and get a refund for your order as long as it hasn’t been sent for fulfillment. Please contact us immediately with your order number.
My LEGO set is missing pieces or stickers
If you encounter any missing pieces or stickers in your LEGO set, please register the issue directly with LEGO, and they will send you the necessary replacements.
Can I return my order?
Currently, we are not accepting returns for change of mind. However, if there is an issue with the items you’ve received, please contact us, and we will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund as necessary.
